Processing Times 

Orders of in-stock item(s) will be shipped by Kiddazzle, Inc. within 1-3 business days of processing. 

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email with an option to substitute the item, receive a refund or wait for the item to be replenished so the order can be fulfilled.

Delivery Time Frame  

You should receive your item(s) based on the time frame you have selected as your shipping preference.  Please note, however, that shipping times are estimates only and do not cover customs processing times in your own country. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Rates  

Shipping rates are based on destination, timing and total order weight.  Shipping will be calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  To obtain shipping rates, please add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your cart and then proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping options and prices.

Customs import duties, VAT, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.  We ask that your check with your country’s import restrictions prior to ordering outside of Canada and the Continental United States.
