Return Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do!   

We will accept the return or exchange of items purchased through this website within thirty (30) days of delivery date.   

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must have been purchased at regular price, be new, unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.   

If a refund is requested, eligible items will be refunded in the amount of the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs.  Any refund will be issued by the original method of payment or by cheque at our discretion.  If an exchange is requested, we will ship the new item once we receive and process the original item being exchanged and any additional shipping costs are paid for the new item. 

Items not eligible for a refund may be exchanged if the product is defective.  Defective items may be exchanged within thirty days (30) days delivery date.  Return shipping charges may be eligible for refund if your product was defective and exchanged within the timelines set out herein. If we are unable to exchange your product for the same item, we will either issue an online store credit, or provide the option of substituting a product of equal or lesser value.  

Items purchased on sale are final sale.  Free items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.  

Returns and exchanges will be fully inspected upon receipt to verify the terms and conditions set out herein have been met. We reserve the right to refuse any returns and/or exchanges that do not meet our terms and conditions. 

To process the return or exchange an item purchased on www.kiddazzle.com, please do the following: 

  1. Email returns@kiddazzle.com and provide the following information:  

  2. Your order number;  

  3. The item(s) being returned or exchanged;  

  4. The reason for the return or exchange;  

  5. Pictures of any defect, if you are seeking to return or exchange the product due to defect 

  6. When sending an email, kindly write the order number in the subject line of the email. 

  7. You will receive notification once the email is received and processed by us, along with shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Form.  Kindly print and complete the provide the Return Authorization Form and included it in the package being shipped to us, for us to be able to process your return or exchange.  

  8. Please ensure you use a trackable method of shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost returns or exchanges.  

  9. Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the item(s) and whether it meets our terms and conditions for a refund or exchange.
