We also collect information you provide to us by all means of communication, including but not limited to, through telephone, email, mail, fax, social media and by response to surveys and marketing communication.  This information includes your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and any other personal information you provide and details you provide to help you with your experience.  We may also obtain information from Kiddazzle, Inc. customers who provide information to other websites, or retailers who sell Kiddazzle, Inc. products.  We refer to this information as “Consumer Information”  

References to “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, include both Device Information, Order Information and “Consumer Information”, as set out herein.  


We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). We also use this Order Information to: 

  • Communicate with you; 

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;  

  • Manage transactions; and  

  • To provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. 

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site.  We do this, for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our advertising and marketing campaigns.

Analytics, Remarketing and Behavioral Targeting are services provided by third parties, including Google, Facebook, Pinterest and others. These services enable tracking and analysis of the activity of visitors (users) to websites operated by Kiddazzle, Inc. and connect them with advertising networks. 

Third-party vendors, including Google, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest and others show ads for Kiddazzle, Inc. on sites across the Internet. Additionally, third-party vendors, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and others, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s past visits to websites operated by Kiddazzle, Inc.

“Content” means photographs, text, graphics, moving images, sound, illustrations or any other materials or information, including any associated metadata or location information, and including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services, that you submit to Kiddazzle, Inc. by any means, including, but not limited to, social media sites including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter, e-mail, correspondence, forums, now know or hereinafter developed (collectively, “Content”). For further clarification, Content also includes any profile information you allow Kiddazzle, Inc. to access from third party social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter) in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by the platform.

You hereby grant to Kiddazzle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable license, to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, perform and publicly use and display the Content you submit to Kiddazzle, including in connection with the Kiddazzle website, and Kiddazzle social media pages, and for other Kiddazzle advertising and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media and websites for any purpose, including for promotional and publicity purposes. Kiddazzle may display advertisements in connection with your Content or on pages where your Content may be viewed by you or others, and we may use your Content to advertise and promote Kiddazzle, or the Site. For purposes of clarification and not limitation, (a) this license includes, and you expressly consent to, Kiddazzle’s right to use and publicly display your name, image, likeness and persona; and (b) nothing in this license transfers your ownership of the Content to Kiddazzle.

You confirm that you have read the Kiddazzle’s Social Media Agreement, the terms of which appear on this website and are incorporated into this Privacy Policy, and agree that the terms of such Social Media Agreement are reasonable and agree to be bound by the terms therein.


Although we endeavour to take reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee that Personal Information will be absolutely safe.  Personal Information may be susceptible to loss, misuse or may be used unlawfully or modified in a fraudulent manner, or hacked.  Transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely confidential.  Kiddazzle, Inc. shall have no liability for accidental or improper disclosure of any Personal Information, or the use of information that may be made by any third party, whether due to an error or omission on our part or because of unauthorized intrusion by others or by unauthorized use.  


This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.  We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy, in whole or in party, at any time.  Your use of the Site after any amendment to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.
